Job Specifics: This department works with debit card disputes. The candidate will be required to enter 'Reg E' dates into claims system (numerical entry); pull reports and make files for each claim (volume can vary from day to day 130 to 300 claims per day with heaviest volume workday being Tuesday); monitoring fax daily, logging the faxes and filling them appropriately; communicating with Management and Team Members regarding any requests via phone, fax, email that come to the group; some account reconciliation may also be involved (training provided). Please note that candidate will only be working with internal contacts and not external clients.
o Because we are a regulatory group, accuracy of our documents, filing, and organizational skills are quite important so that we stay within the regulation.
o Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel required
Education/Experience. High School Diploma or equivalent typically required. 2 to 4 years related experience requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
