This Sr. Admin Assistant will be responsible for :
- calendar management
- responding to emails from internal employees
- answering/directing phone calls
- travel booking
- scheduling meetings
- creating agendas
- taking minutes in meetings
- assembling documents
- report creation in Excel
- data entry
- assist with the onboarding of new hires
- expenses
Minimum 5 years administrative experience required. (Within Financial Institutions are a plus!)
Education/Experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking,
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Saleforce experience a huge asset!
- TPSS (touch Point Sales and Service) nice to have!
Major Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies,
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
Perform other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
