Responsibilities:
Manage high volume of incoming calls.
Service Advisor/Dispatcher will identify and assess customers' service needs to achieve satisfaction.
The Service Advisor/Dispatcher will build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
A Service Advisor/Dispatcher will provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
An Service Advisor/Dispatcher will organize and assign incoming service work and assign the appropriate technician to the jobs.
Oversee service technician's daily schedules and make updates as needed.
The Service Advisor/Dispatcher will respond positively to calls from service advisors to understand their customers' needs and effectively schedule work orders.
Accurately research and input labor hours into repair orders as work is completed.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with Advisors, Technicians, and Managers.
The Service Advisor/Dispatcher is responsible for communicating effectively between service advisors and service technicians to schedule work orders in a timely manner.
All Service Advisor/Dispatcher must meet service team targets.
Handle customer appointment requests, provide appropriate service solutions and alternatives, follow-up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Qualifications All candidates must have a pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with several different people.
Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license.
Previous dispatching, project management or schedule coordinating experience is a plus.
An Service Advisor/Dispatcher must have the ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time.
Strong verbal skills to communicate clearly and effectively.
