To provide administrative support to the Director of Student Services.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities described below are considered the essential functions of the position.

Monitor, collect, and update Special Education records in an electronic database.
Update student status changes with the Department of Public Instruction.
Monitors and complies with State-mandated timelines.
Run reports, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support to the Director of Student Services and other members of the Teaching and Learning Department.
Monitor and track Professional development for various stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned Education and experience Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant work.
Experienced in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and desktop publishing.
Proficiency in the use of Internet and Email.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
