This individual must possess a good work ethic, have strong organizational skills, be team oriented, have excellent communication skills, excel at client service, and be focused on the highest quality veterinary care.
Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting clients, differentiating routine cases from emergency cases, scheduling appointments, managing incoming phone calls, entering client, patient, and financial data into the computer, communicating with clients, generating invoices and explaining them to clients, and processing payments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
