Individual responsibilities will be divided to include processing car deals, commissioning sales, preparing deposits, making journal entries and basic accounting and titling issues.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have good communication skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with CDK is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Answer and return phone calls from various departments.
Answer general office inquiries regarding company products, services, and billing information.
Perform various accounting tasks including entering data, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, preparing payroll reports, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports.
