Responsibilities include:
Grow sales, website interactions and develop and excute plans for current and future growth of eCommerce business with eCommerce and Marketing Team for Stansfootwear.
com, Waxbergs.

com & Amazon business.
Establish pathways to improve UX and customer service experiences on all websites to increase sales and return business.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales to launch new products on digital channels.
Assist with digital marketing ad plans with brand landing pages, links, etc to provide best links to direct sales.
Execute and explore SEO improvements with SEO team Establish best practices and process for product listings, SEO, and also cadence to make sure product is up on the site in a timely manner Merchandise landing pages and website for best user experience.
Strategize and implement projects with internal and external technology partners to ensure site(s) are working to their full capacity to drive sales and have an optimal user experience.
Work with the eCommerce team on improving shipping and website back-end best practices.
Understand the entire e-commerce process to fill in when needed and cross-train.
Partner with the eCommerce Marketing & Customer Service Specialist to respond to customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries regarding their orders Manage Customer Ticketing system to ensure proper communication to all customers with customer service specialist on all platforms.
Resolve product or service problems by determining the issue, selecting the resolution, and implementing the correction to the customers' satisfaction Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or replacements Recommend potential products or services to management by understanding customer needs Ensure correct inventory for E-Commerce Store Execute Returns & Exchange Processes Provide additional support to the department and organization as needed Maintain and develop an online procedure guide and knowledge database Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Assist with stock/warehouse work as requested and other tasks as assigned by Supervisor Required Education and Skills A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, eCommerce, Customer Service or relevant experience is preferred.
2-3 years experience working in the following area(s):
eCommerce, HTML, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Retail, Customer Service, SEO/Website Development, Asana/Trello, Freshdesk, Live Chat Basic HTML/CSS/Javascript knowledge preferred Self-starter and hunger for growth in sales, eCommerce business, and overall business Able to work independently and with a team against project deadlines Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to dissatisfied customers Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Motivation to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to adapt to new processes, systems, and strategies as E-Commerce needs evolve Flexibility - willingness to adapt to change Capacity to work well with others WORK SCHEDULE This position works in-person 40-45 hours per week, Monday - Friday with possible weekend hours during peak season.
