Associate Account Coordinator

Description Position at Old Republic Risk Management Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM) is currently seeking an Associate Account Coordinator to join its Account Management Team at its company headquarters in Brookfield, WI.
ORRM provides primary casualty insurance products to corporate and group insureds with complex risks.
In general, the Associate Account Coordinator is an entry-level position that performs account maintenance and administrative duties of minimal complexity to support the department's service objectives and quality standards.
Essential duties for the role are as follows:
Complete all transactions associated with the monthly pre-renewal procedures to include customer notifications and correspondence, internal file maintenance, and workflow tracking.
Consolidate and validate large data files to complete Workers Compensation employee concentration reporting.
Update and maintain premium, exposure and loss data to support the reinsurance submission process.
Assist with insurance policy review to assure that coverages are provided in accordance with the customer's specifications and Old Republic guidelines.
Prepare premium audit calculations to include review of accounting statements, correspondence, system generated exposure detail and reinsurance costs.
Maintain and monitor workflow tracking.
Assist Account Coordinators with administrative tasks to include Old Republic's proprietary auto coverage election process, workflow tracking, and client requests for loss runs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma and previous experience in a related role is preferred.
Working as an Associate Account Coordinator requires one to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products is necessary, including beginner to intermediate Excel skills.
Other skills necessary include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and accurate proofreading skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of office equipment.
