The Project Coordinator is part of BVM's Operations Team and will work closely with our sales leaders and other departments.
They will have the opportunity to oversee and manage a variety of high impact projects that play a key part of BVM's continuing growth and development.
This position is a hybrid position, currently working 2 days in our Brookfield, WI office and 3 days remote.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously Plan and schedule timelines Provide direction and support to Senior Sales Leaders Communicate real time updates in a fast-paced environment Develop ongoing process improvements for Internal Teams and the Sales Field Organize and guide productive project meetings Skills and Requirements:
Project management experience (2
years) Experience leading projects with a Sales Team focus Planning and prioritization Strong communication skills Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving Ability to collaborate and take initiative Proficient with Google & Microsoft Business Suites and Monday.
