Responsibilities:
Conduct appropriate evaluations, assess home environment and identify equipment needs relative to speech/language functionIdentify functional speech defects and establish a plan of care to improve patients functionAdminister speech therapy program utilizing specialized therapeutic technique and/or equipment and recommend communication devices/aids as indicatedMaintain accurate and timely documentationParticipate in case conference as requiredEnsure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirementsAdditional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology with current licensure to practice in state of operation1
year experience in Speech Language PathologyHome health experience preferredCommitment to clinical and documentation excellenceAbout our Line of Business:
