Position OverviewAre you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others through health and wellness? We are seeking energetic, wellness-minded stretch practitioners to join our team.
All Stretch Practitioners must have an anatomy and physiology background, with the ability to perform physical hands-on work with our clients.
This includes standing, kneeling, lifting, pushing and bending for up to 4 hours at a time.
Other responsibilities include helping clients set goals and note taking, reminders about appointments and scheduling, studio tasks and upkeep.
Most importantly supporting your team members and providing a fun and positive environment for all our clients.
Who are we? Stretch Zone provides clients with Flex-ability for Life by using a proprietary stretching method and a patented stabilization system.
Stretch Zone seeks to improve client health and wellness.
Stretch Zone facilities offer a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable equipment, all of which allow clients to relax and fully benefit from our methods.
Stretch Zone uses a patented strap system and proprietary tables to stabilize muscles, and our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience.
Requirements Experience in Anatomy & Physiology.
Excellent attendance and the ability to work some evenings until 8pm as well as occasional Saturdays until 4pm.
Transportation to and from your home studio.
A passion for great client experience, studio culture and teamwork.
The ability to stand, kneel, lift, push and bend for up to 4 hours at a time, while providing hands on activities with our clients.
The ability to complete daily tasks which can include general cleaning, contacting clients, scheduling, and supporting other team members.
The ability to take occasional feedback and have a desire to learn and grow in this new health and wellness industry taking America by storm.
The successful completion of the paid 40 hour a week certification program, and the adherence of these skills and abilities throughout your stretch sessions.
About Us Our team brought Stretch Zone to Wisconsin in 2022 with the purchase of 6 franchises after discovering the product in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The owners felt that Wisconsin would greatly benefit from this new Health and Wellness concept that helps our clients Feel Better so they can Do More.

The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM).
The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions.
With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one's expertise and to advance the industry.
As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
