g.
, navigators and assisters) relationships to support the needs of client-members and small groups.
Secondarily, they are responsible for assisting in direct-to-member sales and increasing member and small group retention.
The Specialist ensures smooth operation of sales/service activities by providing essential support to the assigned Sales Account Executive and the team's assigned brokers/agencies.
This service/support role is critical to enable the Sales Account Executive to focus on new business development and expanded broker relationship that increase membership.
The Specialist builds trusted relationships with brokers and enrollment influencers and strives to provide them with exemplary service and trusted and understandable information.
Utilize Your Skills By:
Deliver outstanding service to agency partners and influencers through the delivery of outstanding service and trusted knowledge; Supports the assigned Sales Account Executive in the development of new and existing broker relationships that create value for the broker and maximize membership and small group growth opportunities; Supports the AE and broker relationships by delivering timely and high-quality proposals, quotes, presentations and renewals; Serves as the internal coordinator to ensure internal departments provide exceptional service to members that are delivered by brokers; Leads the planning and execution of member welcome meetings designed to engage members and ensure they understand their health insurance plans.
Supports AEs and other presenters; Work to improve and support retention and direct Special Enrollment Period (SEPs) members; Answers email inquiries and material requests from brokers; Assists in preparing and distributing monthly reports; Processes quotes in a timely manner; Completes enrollment process and ensures all required documentation is complete and on file; Helps generate and mail renewals on time; Facilitates and communicates information regarding payment of commissions; Facilitates broker appointment process by maintaining paperwork and ensuring brokers have needed information about CGHC; Provides administrative support for special initiatives; Finds efficiencies within Sales Department; Maintains excellent working relationship with other departments to facilitate answers and hand offs where appropriate; Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials; Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
What You'll Need to Bring:
High School Diploma or GED with three (3) years' experience in health insurance; A college degree is preferred, and may substitute for fewer years of experience; Possession of an active State of Wisconsin Resident Health Insurance Agent License or ability to become licensed; Excellent interpersonal skills; Administrative, record-keeping, and clerical skills; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills; Ability to multi-task; Focus and goal-oriented disposition; Attention to detail; Knowledge of and ability to collaborate when necessary with other departments; Excellent organizational skills; Demonstrate enthusiasm about the sales support role and remain up-to-date with changes; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to meet deadlines without compromising consistency in the process; Experience dealing and handling sensitive information; Ability to work under pressure; Ability to prioritize and guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional We've Got You CoveredCGHC offers a comprehensive benefit package and broad range of programs to meet the needs of our employees to help protect your health, wealth, and future.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
