Applicants should either have experience with property management or with providing high-quality customer service in another industry and be willing and eager to learn.
This position involves managing a portfolio of residential condominium communities and other homeowner's associations.
The successful candidate will be a highly organized and responsive individual who is customer-focused and has excellent communication and people skills.
Knowledge of accounting, condominiums, and computer skills a plus.
Duties include:
Periodic meetings with the Board of Directors for each association (some evenings required).
Carrying out the instructions of each condo board.
Addressing the daily needs of the unit owners.
Writing letters.
Obtaining bids for maintenance, presenting bids to the Board, and following up on work to ensure it was completed properly.
Data entry into our property management software.
Periodic inspection of the properties.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a requirement for this position.
