Seasonal Sales Associate
Description Marcus Theatres Position Description - Seasonal Sales Associate Pay:
$18/hour Broad Description of Duties:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting with gift product orders that are placed through multiple channels.
This representative will also respond to customers through multiple phone lines and email inboxes.
The Seasonal Sales Intern will report directly to the Director of Retail Sales and Guest Experience.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Responds promptly to phone calls and emails regarding gift cards, fundraising, student motivation program, discount movie tickets, movie treats packages, bulk discounts and more.
Processes orders from start to finish.
Entering orders into system, pulling products, activating inventory and packaging and shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Helping sell the gift of entertainment in all transactions and explaining the product line and helping customers select the best choice for their needs.
Helping with gift card balances and gift card history questions.
Supporting theatre team with all gift card and gift product questions and needs.
Projects a positive and caring attitude for customers on behalf of Marcus Theatres Corporation and displays thorough knowledge of gift products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Hours/Location:
Office out of Majestic Cinema in Brookfield in the Marcus Store Flexible Hours - Looking for a variety of hours (part-time and fulltime) All shift are available Sunday - Saturday Hours depend on demand, able to be flexible with need.
Job Requirements:
Customer service oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment and passion for customer satisfaction and treating and caring for customers.
Ability to navigate through multiple systems to complete one task.
Ability to operate independently and in a team structure.
Attention to detail.
Education Required:
High School Diploma.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience Required:
Thorough knowledge of business applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
