12 months/8 hours per day Job Purpose The Student Information System Coordinator is responsible for providing management and administrative support of the district's student information system and reporting of school and district-related data.
Oversees WISE Data collection for the purpose of state reporting and compliance, maintaining accurate student records and data modeling.

Infinite Campus Administration Primary technical contact with Infinite Campus support for database issues.
Manages rights and access for staff in the application and performs regular audit of roles and permissions.
Coordinates and communicates new releases and upgrades to application.
Facilitates quality control testing in a sandbox environment for significant upgrades and/or changes.
Serves as point of contact for student data-related issues and questions.
Troubleshoots, assists, and problem solves issues related to the student information system.
Develops and implements processes to ensure quality and consistency in data collection across the district.
Collaborates with key student data users to define data needs and develop reports and dashboards.
Protects student and staff data per board policy, state and federal law, and best practice.
Responsible for end user training for stakeholders who utilize Infinite Campus to improve productivity using existing and customized programs.
Analytics and Reporting Provides analytic support to district and school personnel as needed.
Requires ability to build queries, conduct accurate analyses and convey insights in a user-friendly format.
Utilizes advanced reporting tools to organize and analyze data, suggesting relationships between data trends and preparing reporting tools for key data users.
Develops tools to support and prepare DPI reports, including Pupil Count Membership Report.
Provide quality assurance checks to data before it is submitted to state or federal agencies.
Collaborates with Student Information Team and other stakeholders to define best practices for collecting and storing data in order to make it most accessible to users.
Assist in gathering data for high-level report requests.
WISE Data Oversees compliance of WISE Data State requirements.
Responsible for developing and leading team to comply with WISE Data State requirements.
Ensures integrity of state-reported student data through audits and error reviews.

Education and experience Bachelor's Degree in a technical, scientific, quantitative or business field desired.
Four years of experience in customer service and/or data system management.
Demonstrated proficiency collecting, analyzing and reporting data.
Leadership experience or proven experience serving as an integral member of a high functioning team Licenses and Certifications None.
