We are a fast-paced small animal clinic with a passion for veterinary medicine as well as creating a positive client experience.
As a Kennel Assistant you will oversee the daily care of animals in our boarding facility.
Kennel Assistants are responsible for walking, feeding, cleaning and medicating animals as needed.
Kennel Assistants will receive on the job training in animal handling, feeding and medicating as needed.
The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, personable, and team oriented with a love of animals.
We board a variety of animals with varying needs, so prior animal experience is a plus.
This job is great for anyone looking to get their foot in the door of the veterinary field and offers room to grow and expand skills.
As we expand our boarding services, the role may expand to include more hours.

Reliable Dependable Responsible Punctual Hard Workers Animal Lovers Job Duties Include:
Walking and feeding animals in boarding Caring for animals in boarding Medicating animals as needed Bringing animals to and from boarding to check in/check out Alerting Veterinary Staff to any health issues with animals Cleaning up after animals in boarding Maintaining a clean and safe boarding environment and facility You may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job is physically demanding (Dogs pulling or jumping up, lifting, bending, heavy cleaning) Job Requirements:
Reliable Transportation Must be at least 16 years old Ability to Lift at Least 50 lbs.
Love of animals Available Weekends as well as holiday shifts Schedule Afternoons, Weekends and Holidays are required Some morning shifts are available Job Type:
