Description Network Health's success is rooted in its mission to create healthy and strong Wisconsin communitiesIt drives the decisions we make, including the people we choose to join our growing teamNetwork Health is seeking a Health Insurance Product Coordinator to join our product development departmentThe Health Insurance Product Coordinator is responsible for leading and supporting the annual product lifecycle work and maintaining the relationships between Network Health and the product-specific supplemental vendorsThis consists of working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute product lifecycle workThis person will act as a liaison between the strategy and product department and other functional areas of the companyThe Health Insurance Product Coordinator will also develop strong external relationships, support implementation, oversee problem resolution, conduct on-going data analysis and facilitate system improvements that continually enhance the member experienceDuties:
Prepare recommendations for annual product changes based on market research, competitive analysis and discussions with internal stakeholdersDevelop, update and coordinate work associated with the annual product refresh and benefit implementationAct as a liaison between strategy and product department and numerous business owners from different functional areas of the companyFacilitate recurring and ad hoc product-related meetingsLead RFP process and aid in the business case development for new prospective vendorsParticipate in implementation of newly contracted vendorsOwn relationship with product-specific supplemental benefit vendors post-implementation, including problem resolution and SLA compliance with contractual languageWork closely with network development and legal departments on annual vendor contract renewalReport quarterly vendor performance data to internal stakeholders and develop action plans based on internal feedbackOversight to ensure vendors remain compliant with all regulations, rules, etcset forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance Requirements:
Associate's degree in a related field or 4 years of related experience(Bachelor's degree preferred) Four years' experience in managing effective internal and external relationships required Two years' vendor management experience preferred Knowledge of health insurance plan designs preferred Skills:
