consistent bonuses related to revenueKEY LEADERSHIP QUALITIES REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:
oResponsible for daily/weekly/monthly key operations that are directly related to growthThis will include but is not limited to client engagement, studio schedule management, participation incommunity outreach events, client reach outs, and social media managementoConducting 20-30 hours of personal training session and small group classes per weekoUpselling new and existing members in to additional Orange Shoe solutionsoFollowing up with new leads in a timely and professional manneroBeing prepared and engaged in weekly 1-on-1's, sales meetingsoContinuously expanding and improving sales, management, and training skillsoEngaging and communicating with new and existing members; providing an exemplarymembership experienceoTrack, measure, and report on sales process key performance indicators (KPIs)oDirectly reporting state of the studio to the ownersCORE REQUIREMENTS:
