Please note this role is based out of our Corporate HQ in Brookfield, WI four days a week with the option to work remotely on Friday! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Design and execute social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Develop and implement social media strategies that resonate with Millennials and Gen Z, aligning with Novus's mission to demystify home mortgages.
Create and curate engaging, informative content that simplifies mortgage concepts and processes.
Manage social media content creation and curation across platforms.
Oversee social media budget, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven campaigns.
Integrate social media efforts with other marketing channels for a unified approach.
Uphold brand integrity across social media narratives and interactions.
Stay ahead of digital trends, innovate, and keep our brand competitive.
Analyze social media metrics, leveraging insights for strategic adjustments.
Manage customer feedback and insights on social platforms to inform marketing strategies.
Handle brand reputation and crisis management on social media.
Ensure all social media activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
Required Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of content creation, SEO, and analytics tools.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Proven ability in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of current social media trends and technologies.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
