1. Looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of Enterprise level Administrative Assistant experience. It's important that they are recently familiar working in this environment.
2. Candidate must feel very comfortable with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint)
3. Someone who is resourceful, take initiative, is detail oriented, self starter and organized.

Manager Notes
o This is a six month contract to start however this could run as long as 18 months if the candidate proves themselves and adds value to the business group.
o This is within an IT group, therefore someone with experience working as an admin within a technical group is a nice to have.
o One step interview with the manager in person. No phone interviews.
o These are some of the tasks the candidate will be completing:
o Record Keeping/Tracking the onboarding of contractors/ordering office supplies/phone relocation/ordering coffee supplies/ordering food for meetings/manage hotel bookings/manage calendars and meeting rooms/document preparation.
o This is a full time contract and hours will be 9 to 5.

Summary: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Education/Experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 to 4 years experience required

Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
