Sales Director/ VP for IT Consulting:
As a Sales Director/ VP and head of sales, you will be responsible for managing company revenue and gross profit by leading the business development activities within the company. Leads and recruit BDMs in developing marketing/sales strategies and account penetration plans to establish new accounts and expand current accounts. The Sales Director/ VP, in conjunction with the CEO will supervise BDMs in the company as a first step towards a management role. Responsibilities of the Sales Director/ VP will include but not limited to:
Manage existing accounts
Mentor and train new and existing Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the areas of database management, Sales Strategies, territory management and utilize effective role playing exercises
Accompany BDMs on Client Sales calls and provide feedback sessions
Assist the BDMs in developing a working territory plan and review/revise it regularly
Help the BDMs in developing new opportunities in current accounts while also focusing on their Target list within their territory
Expand business with the existing accounts that are assigned to manage.
Assist with daily issue resolutions, job order prioritization and coverage
Manage contracts
Work with HR on employee (consultant) appraisals.
Manage and execute marketing efforts
Manage P&L on expenses and contracts
Work with recruitment team to improve best practices and help improve pipeline, quality and delivery
You will work under your own schedule to meet the goals and travel (15%) within US needed.

Qualified candidates must possess:
Bachelors Degree preferred with 5+ years experience as a B2B Sales professional in the IT staffing industry
A specialty niche in IT staffing is preferred
Ability to teach, train and build a successful team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in managing a team, territory and large accounts
Managing P&L

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
