We are currently seeking: An Operations Team Leader who can...
Respond with a sense of urgency and respect to ensure friendly and helpful service for every customer.
Process customer transactions throughout the store such as at cash registers, cutting counters and/or custom business areas.
Assist with the delivery of new hire orientation program and certification training for new Team Members.
Implements company performance management process including delivery of annual performance reviews.
Ensures compliance with legal requirements related to meal periods, rest breaks, and other wage and hour guidelines.
Oversees physical building and equipment maintenance. Ensures daily cleaning and housekeeping.
In large volume stores, oversees the Framing Department.
Supports teamwork and collaboration with store leaders and other Team Members.
Other duties as assigned.
To join our team, you must:
Be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Successfully pass a background check.
Be available to work a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Have a willingness to learn and develop your fabric and craft product knowledge.
Have 3 to 5 years supervisory experience preferably in retail environment.
Successfully complete the Manager-In-Training Learning System within 60 days of hire.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
