Multiple opportunities nationwide tor traveling superintendents experienced in ground-up retail and/or financial institutions.
Must have requirements:
Enjoy working on the road. Projects are nationwide.
A minimum 10 years' experience as a field superintendent on new ground-up projects, additions, and live-phased remodels.
A collaborative approach is a must. The ability to communicate effectively, and work closely with clients, subcontractors, outside consultants, and other team members is critical. These positions are with relationship-oriented, design/build firms where most new work is won based on referrals from current clients or work done on past projects.
Strong computers strengths; strong documentation skills.
Compensation: Salary plus bonus plus per diem.
Fly home every 2 weeks. Per Diem everyday out of town. Pay for mileage door-to-door when the projects are within a drivable distance from home; traveling superintendents are encouraged to return home weekly when within driving distanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
