Job Description:
You will be responsible for a cutting edge innovative Augmented Reality mobile product (AugRay) product of Wisdom InfoTech for marketing and advertisement, entertainment vertical. A patent pending mobile product that enhances real time scenarios with digital data providing educational, fun and informative experience in 3D/4D, videos, 360 degree views of product, place, gaming etc. The product has high growth potential and we are in the forefront of technology. This is a fun and entertaining product thus creating a fun environment to work with. We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Sales and Digital Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of all sales and marketing channels to significantly drive customer acquisition, channel partnership and retention, and increase revenue growth and brand profitability. The Director will use all available levers to build and execute a plan for maximizing the product user-base. This role requires someone who will be innovative and take risks to drive unprecedented growth in national audience through creativity, data-driven insights, optimization, and continuous improvement. Forging relationships with strategic partners and vendors that move the needle for the entire digital operation will also be a key component of the role. In order to succeed in this mission, the Director must stay on top of all the most important emerging trends evolving in the digital media ecosystem so that s/he can take advantage of them. This role will report to the president. This position will be the business owner for the complete Augmented Reality experience. Sales channels include organic, channel partners such as marketing and advertisement agencies, retail, tourism and travel industries, real estate, consumer goods, entertainment, manufacturing etc.
This role requires a strong drive for results, exceptional creativity skills and superior planning and execution of strategy and ability to adapt and thrive in a highly driven and fast past creative culture. They will be a key member of the Senior Management team overseeing the complete business strategy and aggressive growth of the product and organization. This position may result to a high growth with significant career growth leading and creating new groups and divisions.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for all customer acquisition and retention marketing programs.
Responsible for sales and marketing to deliver superior financial results for the organization.
Responsible for meeting revenue targets of the organization.
Manage marketing budget and strategic alliances with key partners focused on driving impressions, exposure and conversions for the brand.
Work cross-functionally across teams in a collaborative manner to prioritize projects and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.
Develop and manage channel forecast and measure results against targets.
Implement and oversee Email marketing best practices with Email Service Provider.
Manage affiliate partnerships and monitor for compliance and appropriate ROI.
Develop and execute campaigns social media, PR and events.
Develop and successfully execute a rewards loyalty program.
Identify, manage, and execute co-marketing programs involving all key brand partners. All strategies aligned to gross margin and profitability growth targets.
Mentor, create an lead sales team
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Contribute for strategic sales and marketing plan for the product
Develop unique partnerships with other companies/media outlets to foster incremental national audience growth.

Required Education, Experience and Competencies:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing , Business or related discipline

years direct experience in acquisition and retention marketing to consumers, including direct and channels (digital marketing agencies, printing companies)
Deep, hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint.
Customer centric approach marketing, fluency with performance metrics and ROI analysis.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Proficiency with web analytic tools and MS Excel.
Keen awareness of current industry trends and search best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven individual with high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly master new technologies.
Experience in digital graphics/ multimedia a plus
Experience in creative marketing a must
Experience with leading creative marketing and advertisement agencies a plus

Travel: 25% travel may be required in the country.

Reporting Relationship:The Director, Sales and Digital Marketing will report directly to the PresidentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
