Heartland Ovation Payroll is going through an amazing growth period. We are looking for proven payroll Sales Representatives across the country to help lead this fast paced expansion.
Overview:
The Sales Professional for this opportunity will be responsible for selling Heartland Payroll and Human Resources Solutions. Heartland sales professionals are rewarded with the most aggressive compensation plan in the industry, which includes lifetime residuals and company equity.
As a Heartland Payroll professional, you have the ability to work in an open sales territory. You will have the advantage of an internal lead generation team and a strong referral partnership program.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities.
Obtain quota every month by selling directly to end users.
Work closely with Heartland Payroll Division Managers.
Develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on payroll/HR products and services based on their needs.
Prospect for new clients and new referral partners via telephone, network associations, memberships, or other appropriate marketing opportunities.
Develop referral partnerships and maintain industry contacts.
Complete and submit accurate new client paperwork and resolve any client issues or concerns.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
