Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our North American Wealth Management group to provide expert guidance on strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality tradeoffs, and release schedule. The Product Manager will direct and influence cross-functional teams in order to ensure dependencies, as well as work closely with clients to gather and prioritize feedback to drive innovation, adoption and retention.

Responsibilities:
Support commercial facing teams in client engagement and retention activities.
Participate in the vetting and implementation strategy for 3rd party partnerships.
Demonstrate expertise on company products and industry trends.
Develop and execute plans to sunset obsolete products and services.
Be able to maintain a backlog in a specified project tracking tool based on the process the team uses.
Manage the creation of use cases and specifications for enhancements to the application.
Perform hands-on work to assist other team members in writing, reviewing and editing product documentation for other enhancements that are delivered as part of this project.
Serve as a resource for development team (IT) in addressing issues related to requirements, functional specifications and use cases.
Work with the internal QA (quality assurance) team to ensure a transfer of requirements knowledge to all key internal constituents

5 or more years of related product management experience
Superior client engagement skills, including ability to build and manage client relationships
Proven leadership of a virtual team across development, Quality Assurance, and product/proposition managers and management to execute along strategic goal without formal authority
Experience defining and designing managed account platforms
Strong understanding of managed account industry, products, and best practices
Ability to understand and interpret fundamental workings and trends within a target industry and apply technology to product development
Proficiency in product commercialization and marketing
Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence internal and external audiences. Excellent written skills, including experience writing comprehensive business and functional requirements
Strong project management, analytical, and prioritization skills
Strong knowledge of financial concepts and investment instruments
Experience with design of financial applications, user interface and workflow, web application design
Experience in documenting of business requirements, use cases and detailed functional specifications
Be willing to accept role change if priorities are adjusted and the team needs to accommodate

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
